Refurbishment of occupied library – works included stone renewal and refurbishment, doff cleaning, new rooflights, new windows, decoration, flooring, installation of new automated entrance doors, lift refurbishment works, electrical works.

Levenvale Primary School, Alexandria
Refurbishment of occupied primary school – works included new roof, leadworks, new windows and blinds, decoration, flooring, installation of glazed corridor, electrical works.

Glencairn Greit House, Dumbarton
Refurbishment of listing building located on busy high street, to allow building to be brought back into use. Works included stone refurbishment, new window installation, strip roof and re-slate, leadworks.

Bank Street, Alexandria
Reconfiguration of existing print business to create a licensed chinese restaurant.

Pier Square, Ardrishaig
Project for Scottish Canals to refurbish and bring back to life a listed former boatyard to create a community building incorporating restaurant, gift shop and toilet facilities.  Works have included new roof, rot works, new windows, internal partitions and finishes.
